Beauty Tips| Sore from a workout? Some effective treatments
What I do is hold a bag of frozen peas against the sore area for 10 to 20 mins, or freeze a plastic bottle full of water and roll it over achy legs and feet for the same direction. Ice decreases inflammation and speed up recovery. Make sure to keep moving: stretching and walking gets blood flowing through the muscles for faster recovery. Hope this works for you! :)
